Our role at CJR is to work in harmony with motor yacht designers and builders to achieve the very best performance with efficiency and reliability

Manufactured from GRP or bronze these are supplied fully machined and, where appropriate, fully assembled. Standard sized items can be supplied from stock

RINA compliant P Brackets are cast from Aluminium Bronze or High Tensile Bronze and machined on our specialized 5 axis machining centre. Its precision ensures perfect alignment on the hull whilst its speed gives very fast turnaround times.

Strength and Corrosion Resistance - We use Marinemet 25 (a Duplex stainless steel) which is stronger and more resilient to corrosion than even surgical stainless steel

Accuracy - Every bar of up to 110mm in diameter is straightened to a tolerance of 0.003" over a length of up to 8m and is machined in one piece on our Mazak Intergrex 5-axis CNC lathe. This accuracy ensures each Shaft is manufactured to deliver vibration free operation.

Designed and tested using our bespoke software to provide the perfect propeller for any boat design, they are normally cast in Aluminium Bronze. From our highly accurate tooling the Propellers are CNC machined, dynamically balanced and MRI scanned to achieve up to Class S standards for optimum performance and smooth running.

As with all our other cast items, Rudders are made using our precision tooling and cast in either Aluminium Bronze or High Tensile Bronze. Our dedicated cell of CNC machines for Rudder production are robust and highly accurate. Rudders can be supplied with their full assembly items such as tillers, jump collars and tubes.
